What is your Minimum Order Requirement?
Our minimum order requirement is $100 No Exceptions.
When will my order ship?
Orders received by 2pm PST usually ship on the same business day. We sometimes delay shipping an order for 1-2 business days if we are expecting new inventory to arrive.
Is your merchandise real Gold, Silver & Diamonds?
Yes all our Gold items are solid gold 10k or 14kt in White , Rose and Yellow Gold.
All stones set in our Gold Jewelry are Diamonds & Gemstones. They are Real and Natural not enhanced in any way.
All our Silver jewelry is .925 Sterling Silver. All Stones set in our Silver Jewelry and are Cubic Zirconia. Silver Jewelry is Rhodium Finished to prevent Tarnishing.
How are your Diamonds Graded?
Iced Jewelry diamond grading is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal.
Iced Corporation makes no representation or warranty regarding its
grading and the articles described therein or any inscription thereon.
Diamond grading is an independent third-party opinion regarding the
quality of a diamond.
While such Reports are based upon quantifiable standards, a certain
level of subjectivity is always inherent in the diamond grading
Moreover, the standards that the various diamond laboratories use are

Smaller diamonds (Melee) set in jewelry are not certified and you as
the Business owner are responsible for grading and reviewing the

We do not guarantee any claims of quality of diamonds nor does our
online grading estimate substitute or negate the need for an
independent review of the diamond
by you the end retailer before re-selling the product to your final customer.
If you are not happy with the quality of any item you may return it for a full refund within the 30 days of purchase and with all tags attached.

Diamond Closeouts are Brand new items that are going to be discontinued. They are deeply discounted. Please note Diamond Closeout pendants pictured with chain do not always have a chain. Please refer to the Description or inquire with us before making purchase.
What is your Return or Exchange Policy?
We accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect all merchandise during this time. Returns submitted after the 30 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in new, saleable conditional with original packaging. Rings must have tags still attached . If applicable volume discounts will be adjusted according to the revised invoice total after returns. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and package must be insured for the value of the products returned. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes as charged by their respectable custom offices.
